ABOUT THE SCHOOL
Raman Munjal Vidya Mandir was established on 2 July, 1992 under the aegis of Raman Kant Munjal Foundation (RKMF), a foundation that was formed to implement the vision of Late Sh. Raman Kant Munjal, erstwhile Managing Director of Hero Moto Corp. Ltd. for the welfare of employees and villagers of Dharuhera and other satellite villages.
Spread in the lush green environment of Aravali Hills, Raman Kant Munjal Foundation also runs many other ambitious projects like Vocational Center, ASHA Centers, Udayan Center under its patronage. The school building, modern and contemporary stands sanguinely in the serene lap of nature and provides a perfect ambience for learning. Well-equipped labs like Language, SocialScience, Maths, Home Science, Science, Computer labs and the upgraded library speak
volumes about our commitment to excellence and practical knowledge. The spacious playground, volleyball, badminton and basketball courts and indoor games ensure the physical as well as the mental development of the students.
The school commits itself to provide a stress free learning environment that develops competent, confident and empowered global citizens who will promote peace and harmony in the world.

A Great Visionary
Sh. Raman Kant Munjal
Shri Raman Kant Munjal, erstwhile Managing Director of Hero MotoCorp, was a corporate visionary with a multifaceted personality. He considered people to be prime movers in an organizational drive to excellence and believed that enabling the human resource is the route to attain success.
Ramanji considered growth an all-inclusive phenomenon that defines economic advancement along with justified social responsibility. With a belief in growing with the society, Raman ji bore true resemblance to global leaders who have transformed existence all around the world.
With a firm belief that upliftment and development can be achieved only by education, Raman Munjal Vidya Mandir translates the dream of Shri Raman Kant Munjal by reaching to the bottom of the pyramid to impart education and vocational learning to the depths of rural society. Impacting thousands of lives around us, RMVM proudly stands, not as an upholder of urban ease, but as an explorer of semi-urban and rural challenges.
The Eternal Hero
Shri Brijmohan Lall Munjal
The unchanging values of Dr. Brijmohan Lall always inspire everyone in the changing times. He believed that we should provide the richly stretched horizons to the young personalities but they should remain rooted in a strong value system. He was a living embodiment of simplicity, humility, hard work and dedication who would always be an inspiration for all those associated with Raman Munjal Vidya Mandir.
It is the outcome of his guidance that we, at RMVM, believe in building physically and emotionally fit individuals who never feel defeated by their circumstances or afraid to rise and restore. Holistic and robust personalities thus learn to step into adulthood with poise.
People like him live eternally in the pages of history, illuminating the path of mankind. He dedicated his whole life to help the less privileged and thus gave his big contribution to build a happier and healthier community and society. His devotion of giving back to the society will always be alive through the rich legacy of values imbibed by him among all of us.

Shri Raman Ji and Shri Brij MohanLall Munjal, Chairman Emeritus both strongly believed that education should prepare children for life.Education brings with itself the exposure of awareness, consciousness, enterprise and industry. Hence, education must never be a choice, but a culture and must be worshipped like religion. Education inspires confidence, belief and freedom. We believe that a focus on expansion of education globally, by building schools, training teachers and imparting valuable knowledge – academic or vocational, is the way to absolve our world of the ongoing challenges faced by numerous communities worldwide. The man who has empowered a child and liberated a society from social, political and economic crisis is considered successful. The child who in turn has demonstrated the highest degree of character, never relented under pressure and compromised with his integrity and values can be called educated.
It is this vision that has lent the school its unique characteristic and made it a beacon of hope and faith.

The first seven years of a child’s life are very crucial as it is during this period that the child completes almost 90% of his learning and the most crucial milestones occur in this stage. The adage by famous Greek Philosopher Aristotle, “Give me a child until seven and I show you the man,” clearly indicates that these years are a precursor of a child’s future as the foundation for the future is laid here. It is in this age that children form their value system which lasts lifelong.
We, at Raman MunjalVidyaMandir, create a conducive environment to learning where children develop a passion for learning, think creatively and innovatively with mind as well as heart and develop compassion. Efforts are made to provide a relaxed learning environment where children can learn at their own pace. It is ensured that children sustain interest in studies and keep curiosity alive to stimulate thinking. We go beyond the text books and inspire young learners to explore their inner self and attain excellence in every sphere of life. Freedom is given to the students and at the same time they are taught where to draw a line so that they can charter their own course confidently.
