Shri Raman Kant Munjal, erstwhile Managing Director of Hero MotoCorp, was a corporate visionary with a multifaceted personality. He considered people to be prime movers in an organizational drive to excellence and believed that enabling the human resource is the route to attain success.

Ramanji considered growth an all-inclusive phenomenon that defines economic advancement along with justified social responsibility. With a belief in growing with the society, Raman ji bore true resemblance to global leaders who have transformed existence all around the world.

The unchanging values of Dr. Brijmohan Lall always inspire everyone in the changing times. He believed that we should provide the richly stretched horizons to the young personalities but they should remain rooted in a strong value system. He was a living embodiment of simplicity, humility, hard work and dedication who would always be an inspiration for all those associated with Raman Munjal Vidya Mandir.

Shri Raman Ji and Shri Brij MohanLall Munjal, Chairman Emeritus both strongly believed that education should prepare children for life.Education brings with itself the exposure of awareness, consciousness, enterprise and industry. Hence, education must never be a choice, but a culture and must be worshipped like religion. Education inspires confidence, belief and freedom. We believe that a focus on expansion of education globally, by building schools, training teachers and imparting valuable knowledge – academic or vocational, is the way to absolve our world of the ongoing challenges faced by numerous communities worldwide. The man who has empowered a child and liberated a society from social, political and economic crisis is considered successful.
